Beautiful mug and great customer service
When I ordered I believed I would be getting a darker colored mug. When it arrived it was all lighter colors. I called the 800 number and left a message. I was called back and the woman was very nice. The end result was that the mug was exchanged for another that was better suited. I could not be more pleased with the product and customer service.
