Longer watch strap

My wife needed a longer strap for her watch. We tried at different times over 3 years to find a longer Philip Stein watch band. Our son called Philip Stein and sales representative was very helpful explaining how to order a longer strap and how to find a longer strap. Representative gave us excellent advice and service. Very pleased that my wife will finally be able to wear the watch (but now need to find a place to get the watch battery replaced). Pleased with strap but was very limited choices when trying to buy a longer strap. Was hard to know the size by the model code, representative informed us we needed a strap Model XL
