This salt is sacred to me. i keep it on my shrine to Buddha, Mary, and everything in between. I use it sparingly - you don’t need much, I’ve found. It’s useful for cooking, clearing spiritual energy, smudging, bathing (like epsom salts), those are just a few things I’ve been thinking about using it for. They used to say a person was worth their salt. Salary comes from the word for salt. It’s long been seen as a precious commodity and it must be used with intention.
