Tires were 4 years old, charged wrong price

Tires were supposed to be 50% off for prior scooter buyers. I showed the receipt to customer service asked not to ship without new price, but got no response. Tires arrived a week later in a bag too small so it was destroyed. Checked date on tires and they were 4 years old. Requested a refund and have had no response for 4 days (so far) Terrible experience, do not shop here.

Parts I got were perfectly fine and brand new.

Customer service and repairs

Tire, tube, breaks. Chuck at the Brooklyn location is excellent. I've been servicing my Mantis there for a year now. I have about 2k miles on it and it's still performing like a champ, thanks to the superb treatment my scooter has been exposed to. My Mantis is my commuter vehicle and is a valuable tool for my 5 mile daily ride to work. I highly recommend these guys, and have the utmost confidence with both product and service going forward.
