They went above and beyond and that to me means everything. Fun, funky, easy to use. But they're not getting a five-star review for that. They're getting a five-star review and they will be the only place I go to in the future for my mobility needs (provided they have what I'm looking for) Because they contacted me shortly after I placed my order for a cane And a cane strap. And they asked me if I wanted them to put the cane strap on for me. It is not easy to get those cane straps on. With a typical adjustable cane, I just take them apart put the strap on, and then put it together. That is not the same as what I can do with this one.
