Pretty good communication, wish they had a phone number... but they do reply to emails. Well packaged. Can't complain about them, I'll shop here again for sure.

As described - good communication

The wheel and pedal kit showed up well packaged and worked as expected. I ordered during the Covid-19 situation, which made availability tight and staff stretched. They had hard to find stuff in stock and did well communicating issues regarding shipping to the US during the pandemic. Solid guys, and I'd order from them again.
