The Luts perform excellently. Very balanced but easily tweakable as well. I’m not sure what color space and gamma they function best in (I use Sony log into resolve) but in a Rec 709 or P3 DCI, it looks great!

Excellent starting point. I purchased these being a big fan of Spielberg's style and aesthetic and am delighted with them. Particular favourites are "Poltergeist" which has that bright, almost otherworldly quality and "Temple Of Doom" which carries a beautiful, rich vibe of ominous and warm rich red and orange hues.

subtle, perfect for finishing touch

many store-bought LUTs are made for fully CCing milky flat RAW images. these, however, are perfect for an initial or final touch. i use them on my phone for stills, and they add a nice finishing touch with a flavor or the films they imitate without being heavy or kitschy.
