Order regularly for gifts as the quality is brilliant and love the ethos behind the brand as well as the packaging. Disappointed with this order (and another in the same week) that both were being sent as gifts - directly to the recipient as delivery always takes about a week with Royal Mail - and neither included the note I requested so had to explain myself to both. Not quite was I was hoping for on this ocassion.
