The floor liner fit great and it looked great

Back liner did not fit, Customer Service of no help....

Second row liner did not fit at time of installation. Didn't initially panic, as Smarliner website verbatim states "New liners may have curled edges post-unpacking. This is normal; they'll regain shape within 48 hours." After 48 hours, still did not lay flat, so engaged with their CS staff via email. Lots of back and forth and pictures. Had the correct product based on my car. Ultimately told nothing they could do. I asked how to return. Was told based on my pictures, I could not because they were "used." Again, used for 48-72 hours because site stated they would eventually lay down, so yes, of course I installed them. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. Stick with the gold standard.
