The communication with this seller was fantastic. I'd selected the wrong size, contacted them about it and they gave me a couple of options on how to resolve it. The only downside was the fact the some of the material frayed within the first couple of times it was worn. It is nothing major for us, so we decided not to pursue it. Despite the aforementioned flaw in the fabric, I would have no problem using Gentry Choice again in the future.
