Just didn’t work

2 stars because I appreciate the customer service and small business, but 0 stars for earrings that (for a second time) just didn’t work. This pair was too short to fit through my daughters (or my) lobes and still screw on. Additionally, the post was too thick to comfortably enter our ears. This was a replacement for another pair that was also too thick. Not sure what’s going on but it just didn’t work and I am out $30-40 and no pair of earrings.
