Placed an order. Wrong item in order. E-mailed Brumate and received quick response. Correct item mailed out ASAP. Could not be happier. Brumate has a coffee mug I have been looking at. Twice the price of another mug at Walmart. I am going to order two Brumates. I feel that that kind of customer service should be rewarded with my support. End of story.
