Great shoe

I teach indoor cycling and already have a pair of TIEM brand indoor cycling shoes, this is my third pair of shoes for weightlifting classes. But I specifically bought these to teach HIIT classes and tested them out last week. They did great on lateral shuffles and skaters, my foot did not slip with high impact moves like power lunges and burpees or during switch climbers. I recommend them.

They are comfortable and supportive. I have narrow feet and they work for me with the strap fastened at the furthest option
