Poor finish

Help me understand. I ordered 2 blade previously, both of which I was very pleased with. My last order has me confused. The blade is either chromed or highly polished which I do like. However, the grinding/sanding marks are extremely obvious, and differ significantly on either side. This is not the quality I expect.
