Petite but not Dainty.

I had started using Lauri Oy Steel blades 8 years ago. I have put together several hunting/skinning knives and have been very happy with the blades. This year my wife asked me to make her a set of Stainless Steel kitchen knives. We cook A Lot and enjoy the prep and process almost as much as the food. A Good set of cutlery definitely makes the job easier. This blade is Petite, handy, strong, and Not Dainty. It is SHARP. The polish on it is better than I expected also. This will make an excellent pairing knife.
