As a disabled person who is unsteady on crutches at best and usually in a Wheelchair, I can fairly safely manage my dog with less pulling on either end and fewer abrupt moments.

I never knew about this

I have my dogs pull me on my skateboard, we alsowa just used long leashes, I had no does how much faster they would pull on a elastic chord. Lots of fun.

What fun! The bungee helps with the inconsistent speeds, the handle is good to use as a regular leash control
