Short Sleeve Tunic with Shirring

Nice, bright blouse!

I received this blouse and was immediately pleased with the bright colors. I need to iron it (ugh), but sometimes the ironing is only necessary after first wash—need to iron out packaging folds, etc. I look forward to wearing it!
