I left a low review before cause I was having issues with it working. I explained the issue in my review. They sent me detailed instructions on what to do to fix the issue. It worked perfect! We are very pleased with the product. Installation wasn’t bad at all. And the response to my concerns was next day (day after Christmas). So overall with product & customer service was excellent

Well Made with Excellent Customer Service

Ordered the base one not realizing an option for the take over was available for my 4runner, when found out contacted the company and they said if I ordered the one I wanted with take over I could send back my original purchase for full credit. The response time and ease of communication was great. I then was able to install the full plug and play remote starter to the truck with ease, for a backyard maintenance mechanic. 10 out of 10 from this guy!
