the product was lovely and the ship time was quick. However, I added to my order a gift card, which was not in the order. The recipient did not who it was from until I called them. When I reported it to customer service, I was told there was no gift message and there absolutely was. I was somewhat embarrassed about the situation when the item was received. this was a new baby gift.
