Happy with purchase

I bought this to assist my elderly parent has issues with mobility. This product gives her the stability needed to maneuver on & off toilet.

An excellent well-built aid. Unfortunately I have a toilet with an unusual hinge on the lid/seat and it can not be installed. I asked for a shipping label to return it, but was told by a very polite service person (Laura) that there was no need to return it and that I can donate it. It was nearly $50 and I found it hard to believe that I would receive my purchase price back and also keep the item. What customer service!!! I immediately ordered a pedal exerciser and it is working beautifully. Thank you, Vive!
