low in salt, high in flavour

This was the first Hummingbird Chocolate that I tried. I love salt and salt in chocolate. Most salted chocolate doesn't have enough salt to suit me, so I wasn't surprised here. However, what utterly surprised me was that the advertised "berry flavour" was REALLY there! Wow. I did not expect that. And the bar was delightfully thin, and the chocolate is sooooo smooth. Then the berry undertone with all of that. The salty taste was no longer important, the taste of the chocolate was more than enough. I went and bought more, and also more flavours.

Satisfying

I’m definitely more of a savoury flavour profile kind of gal and I love a decadent chocolate. This is the best of both worlds with the salt and richness of chocolate. So good!!

This is a great ratio quality/price. I am addicted to this chocolate. I am a regular customer. This is my break : a piece of chocolate with herbal tea. It makes me feel happy. Thank you.
