a very smooth chocolate. For a hint of fruit I prefer the Cap-Haïtien as I couldn't quite seem to taste it in the Zorzal, although I tried very hard to find it. But that is simply my experience. However, all Hummingbird chocolate is by far the best chocolate I've had, and I've sent this one, along with others, overseas to family.

best dark chocolate

This dark chocolate is delicious to savour. I especially appreciate that it is lower in metals compared to other dark chocolates

Like all of Hummingbird's single origin bars, Zorzal is a unique, top-of-the-line product. Since these chocolates are a daily treat in my case (and, no, I am not diabetic), I buy these in batches to ensure a ready supply.
