My favourite chocolate, hands down. I eat it as is, or use it with boiling water to make sipping chocolate at home. I highly recommend.

Tumaco 70% has become my favorite pure chocolate. I can feel the richness of the plum all over my mouth.

subtly wonderful

My first thought was "oh that's good", but when I tried to decide on "why" I realized the flavours are subtle and I couldn't define "why". The Cap-Haïtien is still my favourite, but I think this one is would be next from the single origin bars. Once you've tried any of the Hummingbird bars there is no going back.
