Clasp closure not functional for front closure

Bra is fine but usually the front close clasp closes from under and twists. This one closes so different than any other front clasp I’ve used in the past. Whoever designed the clasp, must’ve done it facing it instead of putting it on and figuring out the easiest functional way to make it work. I see many complaints regarding the clasp on reviews. I’m betting it’ll be redesigned. The bra is nice.

You've Changed Things

I was just able to open my new purchase, tried it on, and immediately put it back in the bag - requesting a refund and return. Highly disappointed in your products with this design - it's the 2nd one I've recently purchased - and will not be wearing, except perhaps under a hoodie or sweater. The ONLY reason it's not being returned it because I didn't notice how horribly the seam laid, until after I wore it. On THIS design - why is your hook flipped versus being like your other designs? Why is the seam on this design so...so...JUST NO! The seam sticks up making it look like you have a 3rd and 4th nipple - HORRIBLE QC. I own several of your sports / t-back smooth cup designs, which are fine - but sometimes you need a deign that doesn't show on your back. This design is HORRIBLE QC! Back to the search for a retailer that service the larger busted women - providing pretty designs without making us feel as if something has been cobbled together so as to "make it work".
