After rebuilding the engine and installing a new turbo, I realized I had boost leak somewhere, but couldn’t quite figure out where. We diagnosed a bad OEM bypass valve, which I replaced with the BOV. It ran great for a minute, then the problem got worse. Turns out there was a slight tear in one of the hoses to the intercooler so the car would not build boost at all. The Toyota hoses were Original, 33 years old! Replaced all the turbo hoses and now the car runs Amazing!!! Problem Solved!
