Good quality inserts

All five inserts arrived as scheduled. They are made of good quality wood. The side cutoffs are a bit rougher than I would have liked, but we don't actually touch or use the sides of the inserts so that's not a problem. We did have an installation issue which wasn't the fault of the manufacturer. They were cut to fit the dimensions provided, but we didn't realize that the manufacturer of our drawers made them so that the sides sloped very slightly inwards. Fortunately, we had our contractor on site when they arrived and he just took 1/2" inch of the width of our narrow inserts. This wasn't an issue with the wider ones.
