Gilded Palette - LUXE Glitter Eyeshadow

Never heard back….

I contacted support via email at the beginning of April regarding my product. It came with one pan looking like a huge finger push into it or maybe it was used idk. I sent email after email trying to get it resolved and heard nothing so now I’m witting the review. Their customer service sucks. The palette I didn’t even wanna use but i swatches a separate color and it looked nice enough. Just wish i got some response. I’m giving it 2 stars because they did refund me shipping since I bought two things separately and they answered me then and refunded one of the shipping. So thanks for that. But other wise- gross.
