Power and Torque Increases on the Track

Jamie and the rest of the staff at Dundon Motorsports have been fantastic to work with. After having many questions about the systems and trying to determine whether I should get the quiet or loud center muffler, I went with the loud center muffler and purchased a set of Nurburgring tips for when I need a more "quiet" exhaust note. The system was relatively easy to install. Cumulative time for installation was about 5 hours for myself, done over several days after work. The fit and finish is great. The instructions were helpful, but some clearer pictures would be helpful. I do recommend getting new exhaust header gaskets since these are the crush type gaskets and are relatively inexpensive Porsche parts relative to the price of the Dundon system. You would not reinstall an oil drain plug crush gasket; I believe the same for the exhaust gaskets. It would be great if they would include a set of exhaust gaskets in the package. I have taken the car to the track after installation and the car has really been livened up. Acceleration out of the turns has been improved dramatically, along with standing starts really pushing you back in the seat now, even though the car was fast to begin with. I would highly recommend installing a set, the increased sound is very sweet note and no drone, plus the increase in performance.

What a sound!

Dundon seems to be the only game in town if you want that sweet motor sports howl paired with track-proven power gains. Installation went well and the car feels (and sounds) better than ever before! Do be mindful that their black tips will NOT remain black after heat cycling. They turn a sweet oil slick finish after some proper driving.
