Ember Mug 2

I like this product, like I liked the one I bought several years ago. I had hoped, though, that in the few years since my first Ember purchase, the engineers would have found a way to give the mug better battery life. If I take it from it’s charger to the other side of my office, it’s down to zero in an hour. A brand new battery should last longer.

This was bought because my wife loves her hot coffee! Her 1 mug was a gift and I tried to work with Ember for warranty support for over 13 email attempts to address the situation without success! So I bought another mug and with this new mug and base she found out her original mug would charge on the new base. I asked based on this information for a replacement charging base which you did supply! Thank You! When I ordered her new min there was supposed to be a & 10. 00 coupon which didn’t show up and I didn’t get that $10. Discount on her purchase. I texted a request and got no response! So I will ask again, Please support good customer service and get me my $10 credit! Thank You, Edward Entner

We have had heat cups before but this one is the best. Programmable, sleek design, nice color choices. I bought the cover. Too bad that wasn’t included. Price is a little steep but so far it seems worth it. I would recommend a purchase.
