The drama is the stud button clips are designed to fit an oblong - long circle - then turned so they don’t fall out - the wide edge of the buttons catching on the thin part of the circle once they are turned. The holes in the plates are circular and not only that but the buttons don’t fit so I had to drill them elongated to make on long holes for the button studs to fit……..all done and looks great after all bolted down! Wouldn’t say they were worth $30 but the kit from Mace doesn’t have the brackets so no other option. All done looks good.

Brackets are fine and made well and fitted perfectly,but I was very disappointed I couldn’t fit them right away as they don’t come with the 2 M6 x12 bolts required to install considering what they cost
