Expensive but worth it

This was so good - I ended up making Doenjang jjigae two days in a row because the flavor from this was so delicious! It's strong, deep and funky. If you don't like a strong flavor, just use a smaller amount than most recipes recommend, and it'll get stronger anyway as it cooks down. It's definitely expensive compared to what you'll find at the market, but worth every penny.
