Great headlamp

This headlamp was perfect for a night hike and was comfortable.

No Customer Service

I have bought a number of Ledlenser products and never had a problem. Unfortunately this time the rechargeable battery wouldn't take a charge. I called customer service 3 times without getting ahold of anyone, each time I left my contact info but never received a return call. I finally gave up and put regular batteries in it. I will use it as a backup light and I guess the charger case that I purchased is just a loss. I think Ledlenser makes a good product but if you have a problem customer service is non existent.

good so far

the light works good so far, it is bright enough for almost any tasks and battery life seems good. having one button for so many different modes can mean a lot of button pressing but after the power button and dimmer wheel stopped working properly so fast on my H15R i was willing to try a different system
