I’ve sampled these before and really saw a difference. Fast forward, 7 months postpartum now and I got hit with a 2 week long cold that decreased my supply concerningly. My son’s stomach doesn’t handle formula well so I knew I needed some extra help with picking up my supply after the cold. I was concerned that it might not help since it’s been a while since using but it helped me get my supply back up pretty quickly! It took a couple of days for me but I take 2-4 a day and even then I’ve noticed a difference. My letdown is quicker and I’m filling up more. beforehand, my supply would decrease as soon as I would decrease my middle of the night pumps, but this helps me maintain my supply while skipping the middle of night pump. Price with shipping is a tad higher than others which is the only reason for the minus star but I appreciate the discounts for returning buyers and the herbs are good quality. I would definitely purchase again.
