The return process was so simple and efficient, didn't cost me a thing. I've had these boots for about a week and they are great boots so far! I ordered a men's 8 whereas I normally wear a 9.5 women's; I find they are too big, but that might be my fault. They are fairly comfortable so far, however I wish there was more ankle support. I would also say that they are not big-calf friendly, so be warned. I do like the height they give me and I think they look super cool though. I love all the buckles on them and the zipper on the inside of the legs is nice. Overall I am glad I got them :)
