Girls Skirted Camisole Leotard

My daughter was so happy to get this but when she turned around, I noticed a few threads were loose, diconnecting the skirt from the leotard. Looks like it could have been a manufacturing defect. A little disappointed. I’ll have to stitch it myself since Bloch makes you pay for returns. This is quality assurance issue. Hope for better next time.
