Terrible Customer Service

I ordered this product and paid for it in full, but never received it - therefore I am unable to rate it. I notified Bodifresh within seconds after placing my online order several weeks ago that, in using ApplePay to purchase the item, I the shipping address selected by default was an old address where I hadn’t lived in over 2 years. I immediately attempted to contact Bodifresh and notify them of this error but found there was no telephone number provided for contact, nor was there a “chat” option. I sent an email to customer service providing my order details and my CORRECT shipping address and requested the correction. This was within 5 minutes of placing the order. I did not get a response thus sent two more messages via email to Bodifresh per the contact email provided with my order. I did not hear back. Next I contacted Grommet as this is the online site I used when the order was placed. Again there was no chat or telephone option available, only email. Again however, no response. Approximately a week later, I received an email from Bodifresh indicating my item was delivered, albeit to the wrong address. It was at this point I gave up. I don’t know what address was used for delivery but the item was not forwarded to me by and I assume had been either discarded or returned. Today I received this email which asked me to review my purchase. AGAIN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a result of this debacle, I canceled my Grommet subscription and will no longer purchase anything from them or Bodifresh. At least a refund would be appreciated but I am not holding my breath. Buyers beware!!

Fresh and convenient

This was a delightful find. Works as stated and I love the convenience size to stick in my purse. Thanks for a great product!

Bodifresh

Prefer using this product over any wipes. It works perfectly for my needs. Would definitely repurchase.
