Roomy and Light

Two of us packed for a long weekend away and there was more than enough room in the medium check-in for everything! The lightweight- but strong - case was more than up to the task of loading and unloading from our SUV, a trip across a parking lot but was easy to carry up the stairs to our final destination. It rolled smoothly across the asphalt of the parking lot and the expansion joints of a long sidewalk.

Very satisfied so far.

The ordering process was easy to navigate and my products arrived when promised. I like the quality and the bag seems to hold more than the same size bag I'm replacing. I haven't had a chance to use it on a trip yet but am looking forward to using it.

Great customer service

I originally purchased in February 2022 and this check-in medium luggage stuck by my side through all my travels domestically and internationally like a trooper until May 2026 when the shell had cracked (to what I attribute to airline handling). Was ready to purchase a whole new luggage, but after e-mailing with customer service, I was able to get a replacement after the purchase of one of the warranties and received the new luggage within days! So glad I decided to e-mail and ask - truly outstanding customer service! And for the luggage; I have nothing but great things to say! I think I have found my forever luggage company!
