Gifted this lovely pattern to a friend

I am actually a beginner knitter and purchased this for a friend who is an avid knitter. They thoroughly enjoyed the pattern and are working on a second set of the hat. With all the extra time due to the pandemic having a variety of patterns to work from is great. Looking forward to getting my gauge right so I can begin working on knit projects like this for myself!
