IPA Beer Malt Vinegar

Mild malt vinegar flavor

Nice mild malt vinegar, can taste the IPA beer. One of your reviewers mentioned trying this one is a drinking vinegar. I will have to experiment with that.. curious to taste on fish and chips in comparison to a heavier malt.

Oh my goodness - this is just like the wonderful malt vinegar we had when I grew up in England - and is especially good on fish and chips. I am happy!

Big difference.

I just tried it on my fish & chips (I use Jamie Oliver's recipe) and it is wonderful. It caused me to toss my old name brand vinegar.
