This review refers to order number115685/ invoice 156529 and order number 116298/invoice number 157203 The first garment I ordered was too large and I was advised to return the garment and reorder a smaller size as you do not have an exchange policy. As a result a garment costing £28.99 has cost me a total of £14.09 as I have had to pay £4.29 to return the original garment. This becomes around 50%. I think this is unreasonable and would suggest you review and adapt your returns policy. I will not purchase further products from your website as a result of my experience

Ordered according to the size chart but although the body fits the arms only just reach midway between the elbow and wrist. Unfortunately will need to return this gift. Quality looks and feels ok but unable to put it to the test.
