Bracelets too small

Hi. I love your brand and most products but the bracelet I ordered was an extra large and still way too tight and small. And I am not a huge guy. I got it on but it was uncomfortable and I had to gut it off and now it just sits. So- good stuff but not sure why the bracelets are so small. This is the second one I ordered where this happened. Other one was the white nautical rope bracelet.

This bracelet is perfect and everything I wanted! Get constant compliments and it is super comfy and lightweight. 10/10 recommend:)
