I purchased these boots 2021 for my then 5 year old. With normal use the heels wore through and he came home with wet feet one day. After contacting Oaki, he was sent a replacement pair in the same size. When they arrived I could tell the tread on the bottom was different and the fit was not the same (too small). After calling about this, Oaki asked what larger size boot I would like and sent it right away. Oaki stands behind their product and customer service has been wonderful to deal with. New boots arrived and fit well! They sent me a return label for the too small replacement boots. Thanks Oaki. Hopefully this version of the boot lasts well.

This is our second pair of neoprene boots. We love them! My son wears size 11 shoe and these fit true to size. They are tall enough and snug enough that rain or snow doesn’t get in when wearing them over pants to school. Easy to play in too! We’ve tried the snow boots and rain boots from Oaki and these fit the bill for both so we’ll continue to buy these for both rain and snow! Great all weather year around boot! Top notch quality too. So glad to have found a kid outdoor apparel company as high as quality as the top outdoor brands for adults. Thanks Oaki!!
