Communication with this business was amazing! The customer service is excellent! The products are beautiful! I ordered three frames, and they all all so amazing and high quality!

The end product was Great and everything I hoped for. The ordering process was not the greatest and caused me to be slightly concerned. There was an option selected to see a proof within 2 days before the product would be made, but i never got that proof and then got an email saying it was shipped. I was happy that the phrase requested was correct and the names all we correct as well.

SO pleased!
