Replacement Pond De-icer

We purchased this item and a bubbler in October 2023 and both worked throughout last winter. They were cleaned and stored 2024 summer and when re-installed October 2024, the bubbler was fine but the 300-Watt Pond De-icer had no sign of life - no light, no heat. I took it back to Marquis and after a test of it at their store, the gentleman replaced it with a new one, no further questions asked. This was quick and the visit was pleasant. We do like doing business at this store. The first unit was mfg in 2021, the second in 2022.
