Receive a fountain full of rust spot and the wrong color !

I purchased a bird bath with a fountain at your store. I am really disappointed with what I received! I didn't receive the right color, and that I received a probably used fountain with all the stains on it, is full of rust spots. I wrote 2 times and send pictures and nobody answer ! I leave far (Québec) and it's impossible to me to bring it back but believe me if I was close I will bringt it back and ask a refund ! The Colors is also wrong! I purchase dark Grey Alpine Stone and I receive a light Grey.
