Gift card entered incorrectly

I purchased a gift card for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She went shopping in Melbourne to the store and when she arrived, she was told there was only $10 on the voucher and that the other $140 had already been spent off of it. she then confirmed with myself that it was definitely $150 on the gift card and that it had not been spent. I sent her the emails that was sent by you guys to confirm. She then purchased what she liked, but had to pay for it herself until the issues were dealt with. It was dealt with in a timely matter ( about a week) and she was eventually reimbursed after sending a reminder email. It seems when the amount was punched into the gift card that only $10 was put on it when it should have been $150. It was quite stressful at the time but it was resolved in the end. Thank you.
