I don’t have enough good things to say here. The quality of the print was great and the personalization was spot on. There was a tracking issue on the part of the USPS who told EPoC that they couldn’t locate the package. EPoC stayed on top of the issue and were aware that my son’s birthday was coming up quick. While they could have just refunded me my purchase they understood the importance of the purchase and, without having to ask, remade the cake topper and resent it with 1-Day air at no charge to me. I can’t imagine that was cheap and they didn’t have to do what they did. But they did it anyway and my son’s birthday cake is saved. So, in a nutshell, quality product, awesome prices, and superb customer service! Well done EPoC!!!!!!!!

Bought one for my son's 10yh birthday! Nice color and images and comes out great in pictures too! It tastes just fine unlike some toppings. Will order again!
