All-Clad Stainless D5 Polished Fry Pan

Great workhorse pan!

I was reticent about cooking without non stick but I read and followed instructions and I really enjoy cooking with this pan and knowing there isn’t bits of nonstick coating getting into my food. After 3 breakfast uses it still cleans up like new. Baking soda is what I use.

I love how evenly it cooks. I did use a knife to cut meat in the pan and it left scratches in the pan which I found surprising. Growing up we had a stainless steel pan with a copper bottom. It was wonderful and durable. It lasted over 50 years. To be honest I had hoped this pan would be of similar quality. However, I still like this new pan.
