Beautiful hair

The hair was beautiful. So soft. It just wasn’t the right colour match for me, I had to return it. And customer service was great. Although I didn’t appreciate having to pay for my return and not getting my money back before they receive the order (my concern is if it gets lost, then what? I’m out hair and $$), given the amount you pay for them and I had help with colour matching. But I couldn’t keep them (because they are an investment) I had to suck it up.
