I was very disappointed with the process. Attempted to cancel the order before it shipped, but received no response at any point. Hat was delivered after the timeframe I needed it. Attempted to return it, but was informed it’ll cost upwards of $15 to return it. Not a good process, extremely disappointed, and I would appreciate hearing back from someone about rectifying the issue. Thank you.
